Who for joy bore crucifixion?
Who for joy bore our shame?
Who for joy bore our punishment?
Jesus is His Name!
Who for glory chose the nails?
Who for glory endured the pain?
Who for glory determined to die,
So all who follow will rise again?
Who for love left His Father?
Who for love obeyed His will?
Who for love is our Big Brother?
Jesus is His Name!
Let us fix our eyes on Jesus,
The author and perfector of our faith;
Let us also choose to carry our crosses,
As we praise and worship Jesus' Name!
