An innocent child born with tainted blood,
soon to be deprived of godly love.
Smited with words so cold,
destined to be nothing, he was told.

This was the price he must pay,
for coming into this world on that Spring day.
"You're just like your father!", he often heard;
embedded in his soul, lived those callous words.

Within the man-child, anguish became his friend;
entrapped by bitterness, unforgiveness became his sin.
Finding solace in his prison, he was bitten by disgrace;
he stands only now by God's Amazing Grace.

"There is one who speaks like the piercings of a sword,
But the tongue of the wise promotes health." (Proverbs 12:18)

“Wounds scar the flesh, but words scar the soul.”

“Words scar more than you think; so think before you speak.”

“Anger can make us speak our mind when we should be minding

our speech.”

“It is easier to build up a child than it is to repair an adult.

Choose your words wisely.
